FAQ:

  • How do I delete my account or some of its data?

    • In the app, go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." This permanently deletes your account and all data from our servers. You can also submit a full or partial deletion request at doulostech.net/journal-assistant/delete-account.

  • Why isn't my journal syncing?

    • Check your internet connection and open the app to trigger a manual sync. If sync continues to fail, sign out and back in from the Settings screen.

  • How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

    • iOS: Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Journal Assistant → Cancel

    • Android: Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Journal Assistant → Cancel

  • Is my journal private?

    • Yes. Entries and photos are encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM before they reach our servers. We cannot read your entries or see your photos.
